Ellie is a key lead on enterprise within the Faculty of Business and Law. Within the Institute for Responsible Business and Social Justice, Ellie takes forward the work on developing KTPs and is a key º£½ÇÉçÇø champion for knowledge exchange and knowledge transfer partnerships, that align business and law to commercial goals and place-based impact.
Ellie’s research centres on customer experience, omnichannel strategy, and service marketing, delivering actionable insights into enhancing customer engagement, satisfaction, and value creation within rapidly evolving digital markets. Her research has featured in leading journals, including the Journal of Business Research and Journal of Hospitality Marketing & Management, influencing both scholarly discussions and industry best practices.
