Mental Health Awareness Week

runs from Monday 13 - Sunday 19 May and is the UK’s national week to raise awareness of mental health, hosted by the Mental Health Foundation.

The theme for this year is ‘Movement: Moving more for our mental health’.

The Mental Health Foundation want to help people to find moments for movement in their daily routines. This could be going for a walk, putting on your favourite music and dancing around the living room, or chair exercises when you’re watching television – it all counts!
